The health and safety of our customers is a very high importance to us so unfortunately any product purchased, after it has left our care there are no returns or refunds for safety reasons unless product is invalid which you would be asked to return the item at buyers cost within 7 business days for us to assess, If valid you will be provided a credit to use at any time in store or on our website or we can exchange the product for you. If item is being exchanged with a product of higher cost, buyer must pay the balance cost. Alternatively, if you would like to exchange before item is posted to you and left our care, we are more then happy to support you with the change.
Send us an email at email@example.com and ask for a return providing order number and info or simply fill out our return form attached and press send and one of our respectful workers will get back to you ASAP. Please note; do not send any item before emailing first.
Pack all items with your form in secure packaging or reuse the original packaging if still in good condition.
Visit your local Post Office and send to the provided address given at time of communication. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured postal service as Deluxe Tropical Paradise is not liable for lost return parcels.
