At Deluxe Tropical Paradise we are not just about selling to you or making shopping easier and better, We are also about being there for people and providing a listening ear because at times we all go through a stage where we all need someone to talk to, someone to just listen to us and give us an honest opinion or advice without it coming to bite us back, regretting if we talk to the wrong person. Esther Essah’s passion is being there for people and being able to make a difference. Also please note that Deluxe Tropical Paradise is not counselling and Esther does not charge for these services, at Deluxe Tropical Paradise  we are just a friend here for you and we will do our best to support you with any help that we can in our power but note that not everything you may bring to us that we can fix or help you with but will try our best. You are also fully reliable and responsible for any decisions you make not Deluxe Tropical Paradise because we can only just listen and give our advice but the decision of what’s best for you only you would know.

LEGAL

At Deluxe Tropical Paradise we have listed our prices on www.dtpspa.com.au as accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, Deluxe Tropical Paradise has the right to decline the sale of the item at the inaccurate value and complete order with the accurate price.

www.dtpspa.com.au reserves the right to make changes to this terms and condition at any time without notice.

After placing your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email confirmation does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Deluxe Tropical Paradise. In addition, Deluxe Tropical Paradise reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customers’ credit card, Deluxe Tropical Paradise will issue a refund to the customer of the same amount within 7 business days. Deluxe Tropical Paradise reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described there in anytime without notice. Deluxe Tropical Paradise reserves the right to proceed with verification processing of a transaction in question prior to sending an order – this verification process will entail required specific information confirming the authorised access to this account. Deluxe Tropical Paradise does not request personal information or details of a person’s identity or bank account details. Should this verification be failed or customers not comply with this verification process, Deluxe Tropical Paradise reserves the right to cancel and refund this order and the customer may be at risk from eligibility to shop at www.dtpspa.com.au in future.

PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard debit and credit card payments all via PayPal for your safety but please note that this doesn’t mean you have to have a paypal account, on the payment page you will see the option to pay by card without signing into paypal.

CURRENCY

All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please refer to your most reliable currency exchange rate source to find the conversion rate of your currency.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Deluxe Tropical Paradise, store credits do not have an expiration date. Store credits will be issued via email and in the form of a code. Your store credit can be used for all products on the website and can be used over several transactions till your credit balance is finished.

INVALID & FAULTY ORDERS
Please note that In the event of an ‘Invalid’ or ‘Faulty’ order, you will be reimbursed with a store credit or an exchange once the item is returned and accessed, (please follow our return policy). If you exchange with an item of higher cost please note that you will have to pay the remaining balance.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Deluxe Tropical Paradise, we understand how it feels to pay for your item and then also high postage costs, that’s why we provide you with:

FREE SHIPPING to Australia wide on purchases over $150.00 (or) only a flat rate of $15.00 on purchases below.

$25 FLATE RATE SHIPPING to all international countries (or)

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $400 to any country.

We use DHL, TNT and Australia Post which are worldwide services. All orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery. International deliveries can take 2-14 business days to arrive and domestic deliveries 1 – 5 business days. Please note sometimes delays of delivery may occur that is out of our control so we ask you be abit patient if this is to happen. In the event that an attempted delivery was made which you were not home at the time, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. Customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges, Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.

In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase please note that this will result in the courier returning your package back to us! In order for your package to be redispatched to you, there will be a redispatch fee. Redispatch fees may vary depending on your location. In the event that your package is deemed lost by the courier we will endeavour to investigate any such packages on your behalf and will do everything in our best efforts to resolve any such circumstances. Deluxe Tropical Paradise is not responsible for stolen or delayed packages by the courier.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched from our office, you will receive an email with your tracking details to track your parcel with DHL or Australia Post – click here to track. A signature upon delivery is required so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office – all collection details will be specified on the collection card. Alternatively with your tracking number if you know you will not be home at the estimated time of delivery you can make a request to drop off at neighbours and they sign on your behalf or you can arrange another day for delivery.

If you have not received your order within 4 business days of making your order please email us at sales@dtpspa.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
